Wednesday’s weekly weigh-in: success☀️. I feel like I’m going in the right direction. I’m totally committed to the idea of a PERMANENT lifestyle change. I think I finally get it- when the weight loss diet meets my goal, I will only ever be able to eat (appropriately) 300 more calories a day for the rest of my life. Portion control has to be FOREVER. I’m all about positivity today😊
