Here we go again I get pumped start and find out this is really work and quit lol no nothing to joke about. Going to give it a try again I'm getting older now and starting to feel the effects of never losing my pregnancy weight. I have worked in health care for 25 years and I know what the end result is from not taking care of yourself.
I have a coworker who will be helping to be my diet buddy here but would welcome any support from folks on this site also.
I have a few obstacles with my arthritis and fibromyalgia but sometimes I think I use it as an excuse to not work out.
