Okay, so this entry is more for reassessment than anything else. It is about getting my priorities back in order so that I can accomplish my goals!! Here goes:
Weekend Goals Saturday: -6am Wakeup/Walk dog for 30 min -7am Lite Breakfast (fruit cup, eggs, turkey sausage) at restaraunt w/ coworker -9-12pm Work -1-4pm Practice Guitar - taking 5 minute breaks every hr 4 water -4-6pm Practice/Read Japanese -6-9:30pm Watch 1.5 movies, stretching while doing so 9:30-10pm Walk dog; Do 30 reps situps/30 reps pushups
Sunday:
-6am Wakeup/Walk dog for 30 min -7am Lite Breakfast (Buckwheat pancakes, Sugar free honey) -7:30-11:30am Practice guitar/taking 5 minute breaks every hr 4 agua -11:30am-12:30pm Practice/Read Japanese -12:30-1pm Walk Dog at Duck Pond -1-2pm 30 situps/ pushups -2-10pm RELAX AND PREPARE FOR THE WEEK!
Week of 6/8 Goals -1500 cals/30pts daily -1 to 2 hrs guitar daily -1 hr japanese daily -Grocery shop Thurs. with pts/calories in mind!! -30 mins walking daily -60 situps/pushups next weekend
