Have no idea what diet you're doing. I didn't see a food diary. Sorry, I don't know how to help. I'm not personally stressed out with what I am doing. Low carbs, adjusting foods with more fiber as needed.

Part of the reason I don't let myself get stressed out is weight fluctuates up and down throughout the week. It's supposed to. I weigh am every day. At the end of the week, asses how it went. Then choose the next step. Hope this helps.

I don’t know about stress but I did experience constipation at 1700 cals intake, less at 1800 and now I’m good at 1900-2000. I think it’s the lack of volume to push the poop through for me

Additional water and more steps worked out the constipation for me.
As for the stress aspect there's nothing to stress about. You are just choosing to make better choices. I truly believe that diets will always fail. This journey is a lifestyle change if it is to be successful. If you go on a diet, that is temporary change. If you return to your previous way of eating, you will return to being overweight.

It should go away once your body gets used to the new routine. Water is always your friend and maybe some prunes

Stop weighing a million times a day!!! I’m not sure what people think is going to change hour to hour. You are making yourself nuts.

our herbalists says constipation is due to mind/body trying to be in control, yes could be due to stress of calorie counting. Ask yourself why you are stressing, until you reach the reason, then see if you can free yourself from that thought. replacing it with a positive thought, i.e. calorie counting is easy, good for me, it's a enter, monitor, adjust then close the counter. good luck. I hope you feel better.

I recommend start off your day with tea(green tea or matcha), then fruit (watermelon is so good for constipation) try not to feel guilty cause that rises your levels of cortisol and that only makes things worse and at night I recommend sen tea (feel free to add white tea and lemon) oh and fermented foods throughout the day also help A LOT 💞 and eat what you're used to or whatever lifestyle you adopt (better than a diet)

Ugh…constipation.
I am responding to your use of laxative. Our intestines can, relatively easily, get dependent on their use for evacuation. I really like the screen that lets use know about our fiber intake etc, for a woman 22-25 grams per day.
Look up fiber, foods high in fiber, how much fiber. Water intake.
Take a deep breath. Do it again.

Hi precious,
Breath awareness through pranayama and meditation. Include time and deep breaths in nature to allow the intelligence of nature to teach your cells how to flow properly. Eat natural and as close to earth as possible. Ground your feet to mother earth so that you may root into as she supports your existence.
Also include much fresh water, plenty of fruits and veggies and just enough animal products according to your needs and don't forget to bless and thank it as it has given up it's life for you.
Also pay close attention to your thoughts as your cells are always listening.
Best wishes to you,
Be well <3

If you like herbal tea, I suggest peppermint with a bit of honey. It tastes sweet and the menthol from the mint acts as a gentle laxative.
