I gained 7 lbs since the last weigh-in -- but am 10 pounds up from my lowest most recent. I am not going to try to do Atkins again. I felt dull and weak. I do plan to eat as many greens as I want and no starches. Need to do a juice cleanse first. Get my poor system settled down from all that starch and grease. When I gain fast I lose it fast. That's the good thing. I'll be down to a new start weight by New Years. Happy to be back connected to friends of like minds.
