Good morning ladies, I have cleaned for 15+years, so my body is too used to it so now I have to work extra hard to keep the weight off. When I retire I will be swimming, walking and cycling so I should keep the weight off a little easier. We'll that's the plan anyway. Going to scrap again soon .
