Forgot to mention on the same token I am quietly celebrating my first 10 pound loss since I started this journey yeah me and thank you to all who have helped motivate me through this. It’s been incredible and I don’t think I could do this alone. It is what keeps me going and I love seeing ideas for what works with some people I love seeing transformation pictures and hope to do that myself.
