Day 2. I feel good about this. I went a bit over 20g of carbs on day 1. That was due to light beer, but hey, I was mowing the lawn. They go together. I think I am on the right track otherwise. Getting my veggies in, eating till I'm full, and staying in low cal as well as low carb. My wife is being very supportive. We were searching through the pantry last night pulling out all the low carb stuff for easy use. I am looking forward to my 1 week weigh in next Thursday!
