Calorie free blessings to me! Actually, calorie burning blessings! These are from today. My "Dark Desire" rose bush, which was pruned to less than hip high this spring, is now towering over me. It was hosting a beautiful dragonfly who stopped by for a visit!

We are coming out the other side of dealing with covid in our house. My husband's cough is improving, and I am for sure feeling stronger. I am hoping to be able to go back to the gym next week. I will be back to work, and I am eager for some long, restorative walks! My sons are both back to work, and my youngest daughter still has not gotten sick. It seems like she will escape this time.
