I'll weigh in tomorrow morning since we leave on our mini-vacation Saturday. The scale didn't change last time I stepped on but my slacks are a little looser. So last night, I thought, I should measure myself to see where I am at and if the scale doesn't move, the tape measure would offer incentive. Well, let me tell you...DEPRESSING! I guess I should have realized the numbers but honestly, I was taken aback! UGH! Anyway, I am going to measure myself once a month to see if I see any results (I hope!).

Anyway, positives thoughts...onward and hopefully downward!
