Haven't written for awhile...but I am losing weight and I feel good & my clothes fit much better. I can feel my confidence is returning and I'm a little more outgoing. It's amazing how a few pounds down can change your outlook on life.

I totally agree - a few pounds make a huge difference with the way your clothes fit - which makes a huge difference in your mood and attitude. I certainly know that I feel much better now that my pants aren't digging into my gut!!
