10 Pounds has found me again. I got lazy. My car had been out of service for months now and I was stuck at work sometimes for 15 hours at a time waiting for DH to pick me up and take me home. I ate poorly, I did no exercise. I know why I'm meeting these same 10 pounds again.
I have good news and bad news. The good news is that I finally joined a gym. It's a little po-dunk mom and pops place in the basement of a barber shop, but it's 24/7, no contract, and only 19 bucks a month. I pay only on the months I use it. Im planning to go work out immediately upon finishing this journal entry.
The bad news is that after I "geared up" in work out clothes and sneakers, I realized I was hungry. I ate an oat bar... then a handfull of pingles, then another oat bar, then 6 ester-c vitamin c gummys, (they satisfy my gummy bear cravings), and a caplet of fish oil. I dont know why I got so hungry. I ate half of a HUUUge potato for lunch and was stuffed, so I dont know why I felt so starving when I got home. I'm going to have to go back to having snacks between meals. I cant let myself binge like this anymore.
Will record another entry when I'm back from working out.
