Another fast day, today. Doing well, so far. I went out and bought a load of stuff. Kitchen scales, usual stuff, some turkey meat, a blender, and a few treats.
I woke up quite bloated, today. I started drinking Coke (well, Pepsi) a couple of days ago, (diet) after ages of drinking pretty much only water. Unfortunately, my body can't deal with gasses very well, so I have to be careful what I eat and drink. (nothing too gassy or acidic) I hate being bloated because it makes me look so much more overweight than I am. ¬_¬
Used my new blender. Didn't go especially well, TBH. Lots of little bits of the stuff I blended, but I'll figure it out. I have a feeling I'll mostly just use it for protein shakes... perhaps shakes with some very soft fruit, like grapes added to it.

Yeah, I have done. xD Coke is fine with I have, like, 250ml a day, or something... maybe less. But I'm just going to leave it alone. Just a shame, because given how healthy I am now, I thought my body would deal with it better.
