Weight Training is hellish - forgot how hard real weight training was like, I think I wore off part of my teeth enamel getting through an hour of guided weight work this past week.
The trainer says protein has to stay around 140 grams, carbs 120 grams, on days I train. So far, hasn't affected weight too much, but not losing at same rate as earlier.
