It was a good day!

I haven't relaxed like this in ages! I am visiting my in-laws in Canada on their beautiful property. They have three mini horses that are as sweet as could be. The best lake in the world is about 15 minutes away where I went with some of my favorite people ever... my hubby, nephew, and youngest daughter!

My husband was doing chin ups this morning when he had a visitor watching his every move... probably hoping for treats!

Mental health is a huge part of doing well with eating and exercise. The stress has been so intense for so long that I barely know how to relax, but I am really trying during these few days I am here.

I went for a nice swim today, and I actually used a bikini top with my little shorts bottoms. Yes, Katsolo, I finally did, and I was very comfy!
