You’re practically in the 170’s; WTG 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 

Pure spirits like gin and vodka have no carbs and lower calories than wine or beer. But your body will burn those calories first instead of fat, so beware. Alcohol also stimulates appetite so, again, beware. But, if you pair gin, vodka , whiskey, etc. with sugarless mixers and keep it to a minimum - do it and enjoy yourself!  

Shots are the best & you get pretty buzzed. Don't mix your alcohol with juice/pop. It's just adding calories you don't need. My poison of choice is Belvedere. High quality Vodka & no hangovers  

My fav lowcal/lowcarb drink of choice was rum with Diet Coke & limes - Cuba Libre! Or I went with gin & soda (tonic has sugar) with limes. As noted: munchies can be the dangerous part of the night (I liked chicken skewers or shrimp cocktail, if available). Have fun! 

not sure if it works on everyone but I sometimes try and fool myself with Budweiser 0% when I have a solid beer craving  

If you like beer, I recommend Partake. It has almost no calories and tastes the most like real beer that I’ve tried. 

Zero alcohol is the way to go. The cat is out of the bag finally. No amount of alcohol is good or beneficial to our health. It’s a toxic poison carcinogen. 

When I drink I go for the vodka Soda. If it’s a can I like the pacific cool blood orange but if it’s a mixed drink the. It’s vodka Soda with lime wedge :). 

Bristol Cream over ice. I’ve had an unopened bottle in my cupboard for a year. It’s lovely!
