Dziennik onmyway, 12 lip 09

Weight was the same today as yesterday, body fat took a huge drop (though it still registers quite high). I feel pretty good with the weight being the same as yesterday...I ate a bit of popcorn at the theater. Not a lot, maybe one to one and a half cups, which would come to around 100 calories...but about half of that is calories from fat. So, even with my 30 minutes on the elliptical yesterday, I was concerned that small indulgence might be a problem. Looks okay though, and nothing out of the norm on today's agenda. Going to have some oatmeal for breakfast, a whole grain pita bread pizza for lunch after church, and tilapia for dinner. Tomorrow is my official weigh in day...would be nice to shed at least a few more ounces to give me a whole lb loss this week.
