A month ago, i figured that if i can stay close to 450 calories per meal, I'll be able to make my daily calorie goal of 1800. my breakfast today was large! 600cal! i ate until i was satisfied, subtracted the extra yogurt and cantaloupe i didnt eat! my calories for breakfast was 482!
