Starting writing a journal about how I am going to commit to writing journals formy new challenge and start dealing with my emotions and mental health. BUT THE COMPUTER FLASHED AND BAM IT WAS GONE. AHHHHHH!!!!

The beginning of the journal really took a load off my chest so although I am not going to try to duplicate it I will not feel aggravated, I will feel good that the negative enegry is out and the positive energy has room to come in.

Bottom line, I am going to take a look back to see where I have been to realize how far I have come in so many facets of my life and then focus on where I am at right now as well as how it is all going to help get me where I am going.

Even if the journal disappeared, I'll bet you got a great benefit just from writing it! It great that you are reflecting on things. So often we get into a rut and just proceed on auto-pilot.
