Hi! Sorry for the late reply.
I cook jungle oats (.5 cup oats, 1cup water) over the stove as usual, maybe add salt and pepper.
When it’s done but still hot, I add (handful) raw spinach and (1 tbsp) tahini, stir it in. Tahini adds some nutty and creaminess as well as healthy fats. I suppose you could swap with any nut butter or avo 🤔
Add 1 boiled egg or 2 for protein, enjoy!
