Walked the 10K NS Cancer Walk Sunday - legs just a little sore today not bad - packed my gym bag this morning not sure if I'll go today after yesterday but will def go tomorrow - also made it through the week-end without drinking - got on the scale this morning and was down 4 lbs since I started Atkins last Monday - week two here I come!!!!

Congratulations on the walk. Still go to the gym, but maybe only use treadmill for 15 minutes instead of 30, to warm your muscle up. Just take it easy, while there. When you are finished, you will be glad you went.
