This week i'm planning on getting more exercise in, I slacked off this week erggg, i did OK on Atkins except a quarter muffin because i was camping with a group and didn't think to bring something, i was starving! Lesson learned! So I will be better prepared next time, I also been having a little guilt feeling when i stray off the induction, anyone else feel this? some suggestions would be great!
