Dziennik Chris1979, 28 lip 09

Since I'm finally on Week 3 (and therefore Phase 2) my boyfriend got some wine for dinner last night. We had low-fat burgers for dinner. I didn't have bread on mine, but I did add some pepper jack cheese. Yum! This morning it was so nice to be able to add some blueberries to my breakfast! I missed fruit. It tastes so so sweet now though to me.

I'm scared to weigh myself because I'm afraid I gained weight over the weekend. I'm going to weigh myself on Friday. If I'm good all week hopefully I will manage to lose a little bit of weight (hoping a pound!) between now and then.

remember to add one item per day per week, to see how things effect your weight, try them at different times...good luck
