From past few days i was feeling really demotivated i have not followed any diet for more than a month as a result i started to put on weight as i was having lots and lots of junk...posting this to remind myself how far i have come and i cant go back now.

I did 1200 calories diet... I reduced my carb and increased protein..

Amazing progress sister! Don't ever feel demotivated even when you screwed up your diet or exercise routine. Not all effort is lost. One month wasn't that bad. You can recover for that with proper diet and exercise. Don't feel bad because we lose weight better when happy.

my wife present weight is 91 kg and she is on obese her height is 4feet9 inch please suggest how she can overcome it. I am hopeless

Hey @ashuvendrakumarpatwa tbh I am not that experienced but I guess I can share some tips which are really effective if she have never done diet or workout before then she should start slow. should not rush into it she needs to take small steps first here are some steps she could start from 1) have lemon with warm water or apple cider vinegar in the morning. 2) try to have 2.5 liter water a day 3) intermittent fasting 4) and she should reduce carb and increase protein I would say start by having one healthy meal a day... Try to make it a habit and you will start seeing the results.
