personally 1st thing after a trip to bathroom. before any fluid or food intake and in the buff.....lmao. but hey regardless when you choose. make it as near as same time each week and wearing same gear if any. some weigh daily some weekly. some not bothered and go by inches. you know how you work with regime me personally I need it so record a weekly weight and sometimes I stand on during just to check still on right track.
