Whew. I mean whew. Been on so many journeys lately it seems unreal. Physical, spiritual, emotional... I've been enjoying each present moment within each individual adventure. Joining WW meetings officially again next Monday. It's time. I lost 30+ lbs last year on it. To move forward, in a new profession, in a new place, in a new position in life, I will need the stamina of that kind of loss. It wasn't overnight -- it took me 7 months to lose the first 20lbs of it. This won't be an easy undertaking, but with Pancake's help and friends, I will make it. :)
