Day 23 tomorrow I will weigh again and see how the new foods I have added are affecting my weight loss. I decided to take a free day and had an oatmeal cookie, I didn't go over my carbs, it didn't taste that good. I used to love them. It is interesting to notice the difference of not eating sugars or carbs.
