This summer has been a difficult one. I did quite well and then had a number of family issues and I think grief reaction from my Mom's death. I have had difficulty focusing on "diet" and good meal planning. I am a stress eater and have tried not to go completely crazy but still gained rather than lost weight. I have put myself back on a program to eat better. I am not sure I am going to stay on Atkins but may do a little different lower carb program. I am going to lose weight and get to where I want to be. Not only is this goal going to help me to be healthier but also has the additional benefit of looking a whole lot better. I would like that!
