Got a bad cold, but I did that workout thing anyway yesterday! Actually felt better after working out with the trainer last night. I am a little sad that I have virtually no upper body strength. Graves Disease combined with the fact that I ran a lot and didnt focus on my upper body did not do me any good in the long run. I pray to continue on and get this upper body strength built up. Gotta tone these arms. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know..

When I got home, I did the following:

BritnneBabes abs program: 3 sets of 10 ins and outs, punching planks and spider monkeys

Did 5 pushups for the 30 day push up challenge

I also did the weighted hula hoop for 6 minutes without dropping...

I ate clean and I am excited about the benefits my body will be reaping :)

Good workout, what part of the arm are you looking at toning? Tricep dips do wonder same as trice extensions, flip grip tricep kick backs
