Me too… Again 🙄 

I have 33 pounds to lose before reassessing.  

Wow, are we all weak willed when it comes to watching our weight. I should weigh 8.2 stone, not 9.4 stone. Don't laugh 😳.Work has even hard, but my weight loss has long stopped now it doesn't realise that when I am cleaning the weight should come off, but the I am slower now but I get there in the end. Have good Monday everyone. Muchlove Merry Mel. 🤩 

Don't be so hard on urself Mel, if we didn't like our food we wouldn't all be here for each other xx 

I blame several lockdowns of sitting around drinking and eating without moving around as much! We'll all get to our ideal eventually 💪
