Amber alert!!! God is in you! you have the power take it slow you going to get setbacks but you can overcome them...Start today and have a terrific and healthy week..... 

The coach is right - God is with you and you are not alone. Ever. But Amber, in addition to God, there are people on this site who are with you if you need them. I have been helped by so many people here. They are loving and caring and will kick you in the butt when you need it. SOunds to ma as if you need it :) One of my first posts to the site was answered by a person who said "would you like some cheese with that whine?" That answer offended a good friend of mine on this site but to me, it was a great answer. I was whining and sometimes I still do. But I am working on me and trying to get through this process of becoming healthy. Learning to stop whining is a part of my process. And really - you are not powerless. You have all the strength and power you need inside you. God put it there for times like these. Hope you have a great day. 

Amber, knowing that you are powerless over this is exactly where you need to be. Just let go and let God. Sometimes we have to stop controlling the outcome and let Him take over. I know, for myself, that God helps me succeed each and every day. Without Him, I'd fail. And yes, there are so many here for you. Love.
