Dziennik closertofate13, 13 sie 09

Looking at my food/exercise diary from yesterday and I realized I ate 100 grams of fat...and that's probably an underestimation. that's more than DOUBLE what i consume on a daily basis....no wonder it's so easy to gain weight when you're eating out all the time. sigh.

today, though, i made good choices and i still have some points left so i'm going to go have some cereal. i didn't exercise AT ALL...but i had my interview in the morning and then went to work where we watched movies and hung out because it was pouring....then when i got home i just had noooo desire to exercise. could be the lack of a contract, could be because the pending interview tomorrow sounded pretty sketchy on the phone and i'm frustrated.

sigh. i guess that's all for now.
