l’ll be frank with u😔😔
today I overeat, ate painfully... I overate vegetables, ate 3 plates of salad like in the photo…..
I don't understand why this is happening, does anyone know how to get rid of this?🥺🥺🥺help guys…

You’re not eating enough protein. You need a great deal of lean protein to keep you satiated. Egg whites, chicken breast, ground beef or turkey, tuna, steak, with as little dressing or sauces as you can stand. You’re not a rabbit. You need protein. If you’re vegetarian look for vegetables high in protein like beans, tofu etc….

I agree with the others, more protein like chicken, sardines, ground beef, pork, tofu, walnuts, brazil nuts, Pistachios, chia seeds, nutritional yeast, and a magnesium supplement 😃 Avocado and extra virgin olive oil, too 👍

you're hungry, I use pure protein whey when I get hungry in the evenings. Don't beat yourself up about it. Tomorrow starts new!

I mean you wont gain by eating 10 salads in any case so its not a big drama… but yes. Protein fix your stomac !:)

you won't gain by eating salads ... unless you're eating also loads of salad dressing and cheese!!

To fix your stomach properly, maybe try a fast of 36 hours or more. Can reset your gut micro biome like nothing else and help jump start weight loss. But do your research if you decide to do it. A woman has to fast differently than a man due to our hormones.

Be patient with yourself. Take it one day at a time, forgive yourself for making (inevitable) mistakes, and remind yourself that you DO have self control, and that your mind is stronger than your stomach. When I was going through something very similar, I would ask myself if this treat or meal was worth risking my goal. You will always choose yourself over the material things. I believe in you! Believe in yourself! You got it girl 💗

Calculate your recommended protein intake by your ideal weight * 0.18 gram per pound= how much protein you need per day. Sleep more, less stress, cute sugar. Do blood test to see what vitamin you’re lacking that’s causing your metabolism to not absorb nutrition maybe. I’m deficient in choline and stomach acid so it’s been hard losing weight. I’m taking apple cider vinegar, choline, Vitamin D which helps. Trust the process :)

Your body will fight a starvation diet. work out your calorie requirement, and if it's low, increase your macros to as high fat as possible, and as low carbs as possible. That way at least your body is capable of releasing stored fat, and is not in fat storage mode. Then you won't have starvation problems because you can use stored fat easily. xx

there's nothing wrong with eating a lot of salad. The only high calorie thing would depend on the salad dressing you use and it doesn't look like you have croutons in it, which would make it more calories

Forgive yourself. But also make sure you are eating enough...especially protein. Best of luck to you!

Salad doesn't keep you full for a long time. I have salad everyday twice, but I only eat twice anyway. I just pair it with a protein or carbs every time. So a medium sized fish (air fryer), or a piece of chicken breast (also air fryer), or a couple of eggs, or a bit of mozarella cheese. Usually around 150 calories max. As for the carbs, I have either 100g of potato gnocchi (133 kcal) or a large potato in the air fryer (150kcal). This keeps me full half a day. I don't use any oil in the air fryer, and i spray my salad with 3 sprays (under 1 gram of oil). You can do it, just remember what the other people also said, eat your protein and carbs with these delicious looking salads of yours! Don't stay hungry, that's not the point. You have to enjoy yourself and feel good daily.

your body may not know it's full. it could also be telling you to still eat until you eat the nutrients you need. you could have just been thrifty too. so many things physical and psychological can make us eat too much.
