I participated in my first Sprint Triathlon yesterday. My Run and Swim were amazing, but my poor little mountain bike could not quite keep up with the rest of the fancy cycles, even though I pedaled like the devil was after me.
I did it.
And that is good enough!
I'm taking a little break from gym and healthy eating and just going to chill out a bit. It's been a hectic journey over the last 6 months. Just need a week's break.
Next week, my training starts again, only because I need to kick my own ass! Next Sprint is in September and I need a fancy-ass race cycle.
