i just had an OMG moment. i am not walking or moving around enough. and 20 min of stationary cycling is clearly not working. i need to move more!!

There is a saying. You get fit at the gym and lose weight in the kitchen. Make sure you on track with your plan. Activity is important, but weight loss is mostly about our diets. Get plenty of protein and fiber to help keep you satiated. Protein helps with fat loss and builds new muscle. The more muscle we have, the more calories we burn at rest, the more easy weight loss becomes (hence why men lose faster than women). Look on amazon for some workout videos. Collagevideo.com also has great videos and you can preview before you buy. Leslie Sansone has "Walk Away the Pounds" videos which are great for beginners. Jillian Michaels has some that are short and kick butt. The Beach Body series has some good ones too that are short (but they can be tough if first starting out). Stay hydrated and be active.
