Much more consistent week. The weekend fell short on the way I ate but I managed to stay within the eating times. I can definately feel a difference in the way my body feels. Tummy has been abit bloted though. Will try and get some Dandelion Tea to sort out. I have definately had less cravings. Tried to eat alot but couldn't.
