Two pounds, I guess that is a start considering I am in the toughest time of the month. I really stuck with the exercise but the past two days have been hard. Too much sugar and carbs. A new week begins and I am ready to do better and watch for those bad snacks. Overall though feel great. I was up at 6:00 am again and burned 500 calories in the gym.
