Happy Day Y'all! I've started going to the fitness center at lunch because walking outside is rough with the humidity here. I am getting reacquainted with a stationary bike but it is VERY uncomfortable on my backside! What to do? I have tried the recumbent bike but find it doesn't track on my fitness app and I work more with the other one. But OOOOOF! I have been trying some new things. I did some jogging and arm crawls in the pool last night. Definitely felt that after putting in some exercise earlier in the day. I am proud of me and like the place I'm in. Yea You for trying new things! That's awesome. The heat and humidity just suck the life outta ya.
I hear ya on the bike. I can't do them. By the time I get off them, my butt hurts and is so numb. I like the rower...more butt space and I feel like a kid playing at the playground. 🙂. Keep up the great work! 👍

Darcy, after riding mine for 15 minutes everyday for 7 days, my butt is no longer complaining about the seat, it was sore for a few days, but then it went away! It's amazing what our bodies can get used to!

Perhaps a standing elliptical with handlebars. I had to switch from a stationary bike and the treadmill hurt my knees. I get a great cardio workout on the elliptical without the knee aches. Good luck!

@Burnitu6 I will definitely work on that elliptical. I will need it to get the feeling back in my butt. It is nice that it is so ease on the joints!

@debrafrederick I will keep it going! I don't get to be there on weekends, but I can definitely put some time in this next 5 days! I read some things about adjusting the seat also so I will try that too!

@Wisco Soul Thank you! I am reading an article now about walking in the heat and making it more bearable. I enjoy the outside so much, I would rather do that. I will continue to try the bike and the rower too!
