Today marks a whole month of Fatsecret for me. So far, I've lost 5 lbs. I hope to keep up this progress and stop fluctuating between these 5 lbs. I have been good about not over indulging but I have to be better this next month. I hope to get to a point where I am able to eat healthy without a second thought.

Congrats on the 5lbs loss and the 1 month mark. I worry about the fluctuation too so I'm trying to stay focused. I will let myself get really excited when I hit 10 lbs lost. Then I will know that it really is working.

I know what you mean. This has to be the hardest 5 lbs to lose in my life! I am just trying to be realistic and tell myself that it will take a month to see results. Before I would just throw my hands up and turn my back on dieting if I didn't see progress in a week! 10 lbs lost would be sooo amazing. We can do it!!
