Today was kinda a good day for me. I actually got up and went to the gym this morning instead of just talking about it. I feel really good like I used to feel. I hope I contiune to work on this. So far so good on my diet. The hardest part of my day with dieting is eating at nite. I can be good alllllll day but when that sun goes down. I'm trying to get into the habit of just doing something else when my mind wonders to food when I'm not hungry. It works sometimes. Other time I dont know what comes over me I just want to eat everything. Even when I'm not hungry. How can I over come this. Any suggestion?? Thanks in advance. Nanette
