I am feeling super healthy and happy in my skin. Not sure what it’s all about, but perhaps a bit of self love, acceptance and the realisation that I have always felt unacceptably overweight and judged even when I was thin! I am charging towards my goal weight, but suddenly the numbers on the scale are not bothering me anymore. I feel liberated. I weigh in almost every day but it is simply a newly implemented tracking system and I am loving it! I wish everyone on this platform liberation, self love and success in achieving their goals. Just do what works for you and own it! 💪🏼
