i am scared to step on a scale. i have been at my cousins place for 4 days and they have been scary days meal wise. petrified. but i will definitely start saying no to all the fried fatty heartattacks on a platter. Onwards!!

Hi Naanyu, I'm a scale-phobic myself. My motto is eat whatever you want, just make sure it is in the proper proportions. I also check the calories before I put anything in my mouth :) This site is awesome for monitoring your intake!
