I'm a 5:2-er :) So tomorrow when I eat again, it will be a 36-40 hour fast in total, around there, depending whether I decide to eat breakfast or wait till lunch time-ish. I consumed 500 cals for lunch today, but that is my total intake during a fast. (I'm not so great and over indulge a little (a lot) on non-fast days, so my drop is very steady and slow, but not to bothered by this). I also do 16:8 from time to time, but only when I can. It's just an added bonus when I manage this. I am a pizza and red wine fiend!
