I feel like such a slacker whrn I see what others are doing for exercise! I bought two pieces of work-out equipment just before I got on South Beach, but have never done more than mess around on them. I had such good intentions! I was gonna get up early and work out every day before the kids got up, and I had to have the house prepped for the daycare kids. Obviously it never happened. I simply cannot get out of bed that early - not on short sleep. I know that I would get so much benefit from it, but until someone builds an extra couple of hours into the sleeping hours, it's not going to happen.
I am one to be outside when it's nice, though, and today I am going to finish our smaller flower bed, which had to be entirely dug out, the soil amended, and then bricked in. It's got to count as a workout!
I'll weigh in tomorrow, but it's not looking pretty over here. PMS is not my friend, and I am retaining like crazy. I keep telling myself that when it blows away, I'll have lost real weight as well as the bloat weight, and it'll be pretty impressive. Pretty much whatever I can tell myself to stay on the straight and narrow...
