Good Morning FatSecret World!!!

It's 7:31 am, my students are meandering into the class, my grades are done and ready for progress report printing, and i have my coffee ready for drinking! I feel so good today and i'm ready to take on this weight loss. I met with my personal trainer last night...yes, i said personal trainer and I'm feeling PUMPED. She said I was in excellent cardiovascular health! I was definitely NOT expecting that. But we did cardio and she told me which muscles I need help with and showed me so awesome exercises to do both at home and at the gym. I have 30.21% body fat and ideally I should be at 20%. So that's not too bad at all. She said ideally I need to be losing about 20 pounds in the next 6 months to a year. Well, hello, that's what I've been trying to do for the past freakin' year and a half. So...yea. I'm excited. My muscles are fricking killing me right now but I feel on top of the world! Woo hoo go me! Okay, time to take attendance and get these wonderful 14 year olds off to library orientation. until next time!
