Ok, I am putting this question out there because I am a little baffled. On the days that I exercise I don't loose a thing! Now what I do is walk around a track and make sure I am in the max heartbeat range of 65% so that it's fat burning instead of a glucose burning workout. I only loose on the days I DON'T exercise...is that a bit odd? Or am I just wiggin' for no reason?

Your losing at a great rate. I think your wigging for no reason. The days you do exercise, your body might retain water to help those muscles heal (they get little tears when exercising and water replaces them to help them heal). Your doing really great, just keep doing what your doing.

Thanks Suzi! Yea I figured I was wigging, but at the weigh I am at any exercise should help me loose some weight. I will just try not to think about it too much and look at my weight loss overall every week.
