I have been gone for a while. A lot of things have happened to me. Relationship stress, procrastination, moving, dealing with new living arrangements, school etc. I mean I have had a rough 2 months that threw me off balance. I am trying to get myself back on schedule again. Tomorrow I am planning to cook my meals for the next week that way I don't eat out as I have been. I am surprised that I actually lost a pound through all of this crazy time for me. But I am stronger and better and I am gonna be the best I can be soon. I wish everybody the best of luck, this is a lifetime commitment not just about holidays and weddings okay!!
