Last 2013... i'm such a fattie girl everyone is making fun of me. due to my frustration i searched online of losing weight as fast as possible, then i came across to fasting, at first fasting is hard because you won't eat anything except water i fast 6x a week and i only eat 1x a week, yes i know it's stupid way to lose weight and yes i didn't know that i'm slowly killing myself, i did this for almost 3 months, my immune system is getting weak each day that i don't eat, after 3 months and 2 weeks ended i lose about 45kg[99lbs] half of my weight, then i got hospitalized.
ever since that incident, i never did that fasting, all i do now is control the portion of i eat and little bit of biking :D

That's just scary...the secret to weight loss is simple in theory, eat less and move more. You don't have to go nuts, just try to stick to whole foods (no ingredient list, just the food...apple, carrot, beef, chicken, etc) and start walking or riding a bike. But it's sticking to it that's hard. Good Luck!

It's really scary i thought i was gonna die, because i lose about 45kg in just 3 months.. but i learned something from my mistake too, trying to maintain my weight to 55kg also thank you... :)
