Woke up to the 50s this morning. Such a nice relief. Had a pretty good day yesterday that started out with a more substantial breakfast than I normally eat. Maybe that's the trick for me. I was hoping to be around 165 (or less) by the time I left for Ohio on October 29th. I guess it is still doable if I stick to my guns. Hopefully my weak moments have past. I feel focused and on track today.
