I have tried everything, counting calories and ever fab out there even intermittent fasting which in all honesty have only made me fatter. Joined crossfit and did a clean eating challenge. finally lost some weight for the first time in a very long time. lost about 7kg in weeks. I still have 5kg to lose and hopeful to make this goal by spring. I will post the diet tomorrow if anyone wants to join me in another 8weeks of clean eat.
